This transaction, consisting of three non-crossed groups, is a resecuritization of senior residential mortgage pass-through certificates. The underlying certificates for Groups 1 and 3 are Chase Mortgage Finance Trust Series 2007-A1, multi-class mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2007-A1, class 11-L1, and WaMu mortgage pass-through certificates, series WAMU 2007-HY6 classes 2-A2 and 2-A3, respectively. These underlying certificates are backed by pools of primarily one- to four-family, first lien, adjustable-rate residential mortgage loans. As a resecuritization, the certificates will receive their cash-flow from the underlying classes of certificates.
