Financial Tradeware Plc, a provider of software for fund managers and IFAs, has joined APCIMS, the Association of Private Client Investment Managers and Stockbrokers, in the UK. APCIMS is an association of over 250 firms that aims to ensure that the regulatory, tax and other changes across Europe help rather than hinder the investment community.
Financial Tradeware has joined the association because fund management is at the heart of its business and the company wishes to keep abreast of external issues affecting the industry. Its product, UltraSuite, is an STP solution for fund managers and IFAs that aims to enable the complete automation of all trading and accounting processes.
“Our clients demand that we not only understand the business they are in but that we are always keeping pace with the ever changing regulatory changes and demands placed on them,” says Alberto Fontana, UK MD at Financial Tradeware. “As an active member of APCIMS, we feel we will be better attuned to these matters not only in the UK but also within the European Union.”
