Deutsche Bank has hired Ferrell Daste as a Director, responsible for covering West Coast accounts within the Bank’s prime services business. Based in San Francisco, he will report to J.P. Muir, a Managing Director within the Equity Prime Services New York sales area.

“We are pleased to have someone of Ferrell’s quality join our expanding sales platform,” says Muir. “Clients and Deutsche Bank will benefit greatly from his experience and in-depth understanding of the West Coast hedge fund market.”

Daste joins Deutsche Bank from Goldman Sachs where most recently he was a senior salesman responsible for covering West Coast accounts for Goldman Sachs and the firm’s Spear, Leeds & Kellogg prime brokerage business. Daste holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northwestern University and a Master’s of Management from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
