Eze Castle Integration, Inc. announced the expansion of its compliance offering targeted at SEC compliance for hedge funds, with the signing of a partnership agreement with compliance consulting practice Adviser Compliance Associates, LLC (ACA).
ACA is a full-service, outsourced compliance firm headquartered in Washington, DC, with offices in metropolitan New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, and Richmond. Under this strategic agreement both Eze Castle Integration and ACA will resell each other’s strategic consulting and technical solutions enabling alternative investment firms to meet new SEC registration and compliance regulations.
