Experian Payments, has been recognised as an Investor in Excellence (IiE). The IiE standard is a European-wide standard given to businesses which have achieved excellence in the workplace.

The standard is based on the nine criteria which make up the European Excellence Model (EFQM), including leadership, policy and strategy, people, partnerships and resources, processes, customers and key performance results. Experian Payments performance met the IiEs criteria in all nine areas.

In feedback provided to Experian Payments, IiE declared the company to be a well led organisation with a clear vision, well defined processes for its delivery, and a system for measuring its achievement. This is supported by a positive, people-centred culture which encourages the organisation’s people to give their best.

Experian Payments is committed to delivering excellent services for all of its customers and ensuring that we maintain high levels of staff development, says Jim Conning, managing director of Experian Payments. To receive this award is testament to the consistently high standards achieved across a number of key areas within the business. We are as focused as ever on driving innovation and improvements across the business to further enhance the services we deliver for customers and the environment we provide for our people.

The Investors in Excellence Standard has been awarded to Experian Payments for the next two years.
