Brown Shipley, the private banking, investment management and pensions group, has appointed Lady Harding and David Rough as non-executive directors.

Anne Harding is chief executive of the Agenda Group and was a director of London First Global Network. David Rough was previously investment director at Legal & General and currently has a number of other non-executive directorships at Land Securities, EMAP, Xstrata and BBA. Rough is also non-executive chairman of Brown Shipley’s subsidiary Solus Funds (KBL Investment Funds).

“We are delighted that Lady Harding and David Rough have agreed to join the Brown Shipley board,” says Stephen Blaney, managing director of Brown Shipley. “To attract such experience is a tremendous endorsement to the business and their counsel will be extremely valuable as we continue to develop the Brown Shipley group within the UK”.

Brown Shipley is a subsidiary of Kredietbank Luxembourg, which is part of the Belgium based Almanij Group.
