Misys Banking Systems announced Monday that its Misys Equation has been chosen by Bahrain based Eskan Bank for its core banking system.
Sabah Khalil Al-Moayyed, general manager of Eskan Bank says the bank chose the equation to address the growing demand for real estate loans in Bahrain.
Installation of the system will begin immediately, and will release later this year integrated ATMs, Internet banking and telephone banking, while increasing its anti-money laundering capabilities and aiding compliance with regulations such as Basel II.
