Equiniti Launches Pooled Custody And Back-Office Service

Equiniti, a U.K. share registrar and financial services outsourcing specialist, will launch a new technology platform to provide centralized pooling of custody and business processes as well as a customer interface.

The platform, Equiniti Wealth Solution, has been developed in response to regulation and the costs of a commoditized back office. It aims to reduce costs by processing corporate actions, providing MI and reporting, providing enquiry facilities and the retention of in-house systems for portfolio management and executing orders.
