EquiLend hires DeGiglio as CIO

Technology veteran with 30-years experience to manage technology integration across business.

Securities lending trading platform, EquiLend, has appointed Ken DeGiglio as its chief information officer.

DeGiglio joins EquiLend from TD Ameritrade where he was managing director and head of application development. He has also held roles at Morgan Stanley, Robertson Sterphens and JP Morgan during his 30-year financial technology career.

At EquiLend DeGiglio will take responsibility for aligning the company’s technology with its business strategy and integrate company processes with appropriate technologies. He will also work on all aspects of developing and implementing technology within the firm and manage a senior team of IT professionals and work closely with product owners and other internal stakeholders.
