Eiger Systems has signed a reseller agreement with Geac Enterprise Solutions Ltd, a division of Geac, an enterprise software company making BPM solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Geac is recommending EigerPAY Gateway as its preferred BACSTEL-IP solution for users currently running System21 BACSTEL.
BACSTEL-IP is the new payment submission platform that replaces the existing BACSTEL service on 31st December 2005. All organisations that submit Direct Debits and Direct Credits to BACS must migrate to BACSTEL-IP by this deadline. Geac’s decision to replace System21’s internal BACSTEL application with EigerPAY Gateway reflects the value of working with a third party supplier in non-core business applications.
