Rouvier Associés, an independent French investment management company, has joined the Global Distribution Solution (GDS) platform to distribute its funds to foreign investors, primarily in Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Global Distribution Solution, the joint CM-CIC Securities and European Fund Administration (EFA) solution, offers French fund managers international fund distribution through an accredited Luxembourg transfer agent and registrar, combined with the services of a French centralizing agent.
“Having built solid performances that have made us a recognized investment management company in France, we are now looking to speed up our international expansion,” said Marc de Roüalle, COO at Rouvier Associés.
