Credit Suisse has confirmed that Edgar Senior, global co-head of capital services in its prime brokerage division, is leaving the firm.
Robert Leonard, the other co-head of the division, will become global head of capital services upon Seniors departure.
Senior will remain with the firm in an advisory role for the next six months.
Credit Suisse, the prime broker to which many hedge funds fled following the financial crisis, topped the 2010 Global Custodian Prime Brokerage Survey.
