Eagle Investment Systems, a BNY Mellon subsidiary, has promoted Mal Cullen to chief executive officer, succeeding John Lehner, who will serve as chairman of Eagle.
Cullen had most recently served as head of the Americas and head of private cloud solution Eagle ACCESS, after joining Eagle in 2001 as head of Canadian Operations. Prior to joining Eagle, Cullen spent 12 years at Financial Models Company (FMC), and overall, he has over 25 years of experience in the financial services software industry.
“It has been an honor to work closely with John as Eagle experienced significant growth and success under his leadership,” says Cullen. “As our next CEO, I look forward to building on this momentum and leading Eagle to the next stage of growth as an industry leading global technology and solutions provider.”
