The Dutch government plans to inject about 10 billion in order to bolster yet another ailing bank, Agence France Presse reports.
According to Radio Netherlands, when ING starts making profits, the government will receive 8.5 interest in exchange for its help. The state also has the right to veto any important decisions made by the bank, and ING’s top executives will not receive bonuses this year.
