DST International (DSTi) has appointed Paul Stallard as global marketing director. Stallard will assume responsibility for DSTi’s global branding, product positioning and for managing and coordinating DSTi’s global marketing activities.

Mike Winn, DSTi’s CEO, said, “This is an exciting time for Paul to be joining DSTi, as we are expanding our global presence and we have a number of new product launches. Complimenting Dr Ian Hunt’s arrival (as head of global product strategy), Paul’s appointment highlights our ever-strengthening commitment to the asset management market. DSTi has experienced such phenomenal growth that we now need to reassess our messages to ensure they emphasise our specialist knowledge and industry leadership for each of our best of breed products, plus the fact that they are integrated together.

“We have such a strong story, but we need to simplify our message to ensure everybody in the industry understands and Paul will work closely with Ian Hunt in order to achieve this. Paul has been responsible for developing some great brands in the financial services market during the past 20 years and we look forward to working with him,” he continued.

Paul Stallard said, “I am thrilled to be joining DSTi and I look forward to using my experience to further develop the DSTi brand worldwide. The challenge is to position and communicate the fact that DSTi is continually developing and maintaining a fantastic suite of fully integrated best of breed products for the global investment management industry. They are products which are second to none proof of which lies in the fact they are already being used by over 600 companies in 55 countries”

Stallard joins DSTi from the Fyshe Group where he was sales and marketing director. He will be based in DSTi’s global headquarters in Surbiton.
