DST International (DSTi), a provider to the investment management industry, appoints Ambrose Ngu and Chayapat Thebpatipat as Customer Experience Managers in Hong Kong and Bangkok respectively.

Ambrose Ngu joins DSTi with many years’ experience in the IT, Investment and Business Process Management (BPM) fields, having formerly worked for CMG Asia as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), and for Jardine Fleming in both Australia and Hong Kong.

“In the current financial situation, many fund managers, investment banks and insurance companies are concerned about where the market is going, and how to prepare for what’s coming,” says Ngu. “My role at DSTi is to help address these concerns by working to meet specific client requirements and deliver the support necessary to help them remain competitive. I will be working closely with our clients to help ensure they are getting maximum benefit not just from our solutions, but also our technical expertise.”

Chayapat Thebipatipat comes to DSTi from Reuters, and has previously held a variety of roles across the asset management and banking industry in Thailand. His international and domestic market experience gives him a strong understanding of the challenges facing the Thai market.

“In Thailand, brokers and fund managers are concerned about rapidly changing legal requirements, and look to companies like DSTi to help them as they plan for these changes,” says Thebipatipat. “DSTi seeks to build strong relationships with our clients so that we are well placed to assist them in meeting their goals.”
