DST Global Solutions has appointed Fran Thompson as head of client relationships and new business for Asia.
Thompson will be responsible for the account management of key clients as well as managing the Sales and Relationship Management Team in Asia.
Thompson has held a number of senior roles including most recently regional account director at SunGard Global Trading and deputy managing director for Asia Pacific at FTSE.
She will be based at the companys Asian headquarters in Hong Kong and will report to Philip Hogan, managing director for Asia Pacific at DST Global Solutions.
DST Global Solutions is recognized as one of the key investment management technology suppliers within the Asian region and has an excellent and growing client base, Thompson says. DST Global Solutions has generated a great deal of interest in their Anova solution which is specifically designed to meet the investment data management challenges within investment and wealth management organizations. I look forward to working with existing and new clients to understand the challenges they are facing in the current challenging business environment.
