Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) is to merge its capital markets origination and M & A advisory businesses into a single unit, according to a Reuters report. DrKW, which is owned by Allianz, is reported to be planning to create a single corporate finance and advisory and capital markets origination business headed by Steve Berger, currently chairman of corporate finance and advisory.
