DnB NOR has increased its stake in the Oslo Stock Exchange (Oslo Børs Holding ASA) and in the VPS (the Norwegian Central Securities Depository).
The shareholding of DnB NOR in Oslo Børs has increased from 18.33% to 19.66% and for the VPS has increased from 14.55% to 16.58%.
“The acquisitions evidence the strong and important role that DnB NOR fulfils in the Norwegian market place,” says a bank spokesman.
