JPMorgan Investor Services today announced that Dick Feehan had joined the bank as New Business Development Executive for EMEA.

Feehan, a legendary figure in the securities services industry, was most recently at Lehman – but he made his reputation at Bankers Trust, where he was part of a successful trio with Francis Jackson (now at SEI) and Scott Dickinson (now at Rabobank). Feehan also did time at Chase, that school of securities services executives, earlier in his career.

“Given our pre-eminent position in the European market place, we continue to grow our business and our tradition has always been to have a focused approach to building our franchise,” says Ramy Bourgi, Business Executive, JPMorgan Investor Services. “Dick continues this tradition. I am delighted that Dick is joining our team – the appointment of someone of Dick’s calibre and knowledge is a further demonstration of our commitment to this business, and reinforces our organic growth strategy in Europe. Dick brings valuable experience and a wealth of expertise which will broaden the strength of our team “

Feehan himself, commenting on his new role, added: “These are challenging times in our industry, we have all seen the phenomenal growth that has taken place and now there is only room for the serious players. I am delighted to be back with the best and I looking forward to working with Ramy and his team.”
