Deutsche Brse has further expanded its XTF segment for exchange-traded funds (ETFs) on the electronic trading platform Xetra. With effect from 22 November investors will be able to invest in two new ETFs issued by Lyxor Asset Management. The new ETFS will offer investors access to non-energy commodity markets as well as Turkish equities.

The Lyxor ETF Commodities CRB Non-Energy is presently the only ETF that tracks the Reuters/ Jeffries CRN Non Energy Index and allows investors to gain exposure to commodities but to explicitly exclude energy commodities. The index comprises 15 different commodities and concentrates on soft commodities and metals. Foods and semi-luxuries are the most strongly weighted, followed by grains (21.30 percent), industrial metals (21.30 percent), livestock (11.50 percent), and precious metals (11.50 percent). The five largest index values are corn, soybeans, live cattle, gold and aluminium.

The Lyxor ETF Turkey allows investors to invest in the Turkish equity market with the ease and convenience of one product. The new fund tracks the Dow Jones Turkey Titans 20, comprising the 20 largest and most liquid Turkish stocks. The four largest index values are currently the banks Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S., Turkyie Is Bankasi A.S. C, Akbank T. A.S. and Finansbank A.S.
