Chinese Madison Property AG moves up to the Entry Standard Sixth Chinese company in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Madison Property AG went moved up from the Open Market to the Enty Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 6 December. At the same time, 189.500 news shares were offered (including a greenshoe of 57.500 shares). The issue price was €26.00 and the initial listing price €26.50.

The lead manager is VEM Aktienbank AG. “We are happy that Madison Property AG has opted for an IPO in the Entry Standard,” said Barbara Georg, Head of Listing & Issuer Services at Deutsche Brse. “The Entry Standard opens the door to the capital market. In Frankfurt, Chinese companies find an excellent environment of international investors, analysts and peer groups.”

25 Chinese companies have so far made an initial public offering in Frankfurt, eleven of them in the transparency segments Prime Standard, General Standard and Entry Standard. According to information provided by the company, Madison Property is the holding company of Madison Property Group Limited which operates as a large scale property developer in China.
