The distributions are payable to shareholders of record as of 17 December 2008 and will be paid on 30 December 2008. These distributions represent DB Commodity Services LLCs estimate of the amount by which each of the PowerShares DB funds interest income exceeded its expenses in 2008. The amount of per-share distribution by each of the PowerShares DB funds was based upon the number of shares outstanding for each PowerShares DB fund as of the close of business on 12 December 2008.
