Deutsche Bank has been named among the 100 Best Companies of 2009 by Working Mother, underscoring the Banks dedication to family-friendly benefits and programs supporting work-life balance. In the October issue of Working Mother, Stephanie Ruhle, a Managing Director in the Banks Institutional Client Group within the Global Markets division, is profiled and featured on the cover.

Several of Deutsche Banks programs are highlighted in this years magazine, including the Banks adoption assistance benefits, backup family care programs, maternity/paternity & adoption leaves and its Phase Back to Work Program.

“It is an honor to be a part of this important recognition and I am proud to be one of the many women who has benefited from several of Deutsche Banks programs for working mothers and women in finance,” says Ruhle.

Ruhle joined Deutsche Banks Institutional Client Group in 2003. She is actively involved in several of the Banks initiatives benefiting women in finance, including spearheading womens networking efforts and recruiting for the Global Markets division. Stephanie is a board member of the Deutsche Bank MBA Fellows Program and was named one of the Banks Leaders in Diversity in 2008. She is a steering committee member for the Women on Wall Street Network (WOWS^TM) and the annual Women on Wall Street Conference, a Deutsche Bank sponsored event for over 2000 members of the financial and broader business communities.

“We are thrilled to be recognized once again by Working Mother” says Mark Chamberlain, vice president and head of diversity in the Americas. “We look forward to maintaining and developing programs that support women at the Bank.”

One of the many ways Deutsche Bank supports women inside the Bank and across Wall Street is by sponsoring the annual Women on Wall Street conference. This years conference marks the 15th anniversary of the event and will be held Tuesday, October 20 in New York.
