Deutsche Bank has been appointed successor depositary bank for the NYSE-Listed American depositary receipt (ADR) program of Statoil ASA, an international energy company.

The Norway-headquartered oil and gas production company has approximately 21,000 employees worldwide and is listed on the New York and Oslo stock exchanges.
