D’Eramo Heads to RBC I&TS as Product Development Head

Don D’Eramo has been appointed head of Distribution and Product Development, Securities Finance, at RBC Investor & Treasury Services (RBC I&TS).

The appointment comes two months after D’Eramo left State Street, where he previously headed the bank’s securities finance unit for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in London.

D’Eramo will head back to North America for the role, based in Toronto and reports to Kelly Bateman, global head of Securities Finance.

In his role, he will head RBC’s distribution strategies and product development for the securities finance business globally.

His appointment marks the latest coup for RBC, following the hiring of Francis Jackson from J.P. Morgan in May as global head of Client Coverage for asset managers, pensions and sovereign wealth funds.
