The Deputy Chairman of the Financial Supervisory commission (FSC) Dimana Rankova has approved the proposed changes in the Rules and Regulations of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) proposed from its Management Board.

There will be a new annex 13 to the Rules that will governs the Rules and regulations related to the requirements for the registration and scope of activities of the ‘Market Maker”. Some additions will be made to the bonds trading regulations. Starting from 1 December 2006 the bonds will be traded on clean price, not on dirty price. Some changes in the “Conflict of interest” part are made in order to clarify some not clear points.

Changes will be made in fees taken by the Exchange for Associated membership and the yearly maintenance fee for registration is reduced ten times.

The changes will come into force after their official publication on the BSE web site.
