A New York court has ruled that the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) must provide requested trading reports, says Eagletech Communications Inc., a plaintiff in a stock manipulation action pending in the state of Florida.

Eagletech commenced a special proceeding in the Supreme Court of New York to obtain the reports from the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation. Subsequently it filed motions to compel the DTCC to comply with the subpoena.

“This is a significant victory in our on going battle to bring restitution to our clients for the brazen manipulations that were perpetrated against them.” Eagletech’s attorney Wes Christian said. “Our ability to obtain these records is essential. The judge’s clear ruling takes us further down that road.”
