Protiviti Inc., an independent risk consulting company, has appointed Dene Burke as a director.
Burke joins Protiviti to lead the provision of IT Internal Audit Services, and brings with him more than 15 years of experience. He has worked as a technology auditor within the financial sector and driven this service forward at two of the Big Four accounting firms, leading global and pan European IT Audit teams on behalf of FTSE 100 clients.
