Worth magazine ranks David Murdock, Senior Vice President of Northern Trust, as one of Top 250 Wealth Advisors for 2008. Murdock is honored among premier financial strategists for the second year running.
The panel of Worth magazine didn’t award David Murdock in vain. His merits are really significant. A 17 year veteran of the financial services industry specializes in providing comprehensive financial and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals, business owners and corporate executives.
Murdock is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Chicago Estate Planning Council, the Investment Management Consultants Association, the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Chicago and the Society of Financial Services Professionals. He has an undergraduate degree in Business/Finance from the University of Kansas and is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Prior to joining Northern Trust, Murdock was a Senior Manager in the Private Client Services Practice at Ernst & Young, LLP, based in Boston. He began his career with AXA Advisors, LLC, where he served as Vice President of Financial Planning for the South Central Division.
