Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) says that Insurance Corporation of Hannover (ICH), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clarendon Insurance Group Inc. (CIGI), a Hannover Re company, has chosen CSC and Virtual In Processing (VIP) Services, another CIGI subsidiary, to provide back-office business process outsourcing (BPO) services. Under the six-year agreement, CSC and VIP will provide point-of-service and information technology (IT) support for four of ICH’s market insurance programs and as-needed support, including statistical and regulatory reporting, for 16 other ICH programs.
