CPA Firm Frazier & Deeter Adds Fund Administration

Frazier & Deeter, a CPA and advisory firm, announced today the launch of a new venture, FD Fund Administration.

“FD Fund Administration provides outsourced fund administration services to real estate, private equity and other funds,” explained Seth McDaniel, managing partner of Frazier & Deeter. “The FD Fund Administration team has a strong track record in the administration and accounting for billions of dollars of investments, including reporting to hundreds of investors and related constituencies.”

“Having the foundation of a national CPA firm represents a unique strategic advantage for our firm,” said Jackie Boggs, managing director of FD Fund Administration.

“In today’s environment, there is a need for funds to outsource their fund administration and fund accounting to a trusted provider who can help navigate the complexity of their investor needs, including managing the number of different CPA firms that may be involved,” added McDaniel. “The creation of FD Fund Administration was a natural reaction by us to a growing market need.”

FD Fund Administration is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and will also represent the opening of a new geographic market for Frazier & Deeter.
