The Hellenic Exchanges Group in Athens has reorganized its management. A single central administration will now be headed by Spyros Capralos as Chief Executive Officer. A Management Council made up of the CEO and three General Directors – S. Lazaridis of the Securities Market Division, N. Konstantopoulos of the Clearing, Settlement & Registration Division and Gikas Manalis of the Corporate Operations Division – will run the Group in future.
I each of the three divisions, a coordinator has been appointed, to which the heads of the corresponding organizational units of the other companies will report. The coordinator will in turn report to the General Director. A total of 11 coordinators have been appointed.
“The project is aiming at the rationalization of the organizational structure that will support the strategy of the Helex Group effectively,” says a spokeswoman for EFG Eurobank in Athens. “The purpose of these changes is the configuration of an organizational structure that will guarantee the reliability of the markets’ operations, flexibility in constantly changing conditions, efficiency in daily operations, and the support of innovative approaches to the services offered. At the same time, several efforts are being made for integrating all of the services of the Group.”
