Cordium, a compliance and regulatory services and software provider, has launched a new regulatory training video service which can be delivered via the cloud or a firm’s internal intranet.

Cordium will produce short, animated videos designed to educate staff at client firms globally about key compliance topics. This new service will complement Cordium’s existing in-person education and training. Video topics range from data privacy to anti-bribery, and clients can request custom training videos.

“Training is an integral part of any firm’s compliance infrastructure but with an increasing reliance on technology, learning needs are changing,” says Bill Mulligan, CEO, Cordium US. “Training that is visually compelling is more likely to connect and engage viewers and therefore have a greater impact on the audience that receives the training. Our ability to offer these unique videos to clients worldwide will provide a more conducive environment for learning and differentiates us from the general market which is yet to combine audio and visual techniques in their training materials.”

As part of the rollout, Cordium has added two hires to its software services team: Kaly Ruck, director of video training, and Adam Cannon, senior video training developer.
