Eze Castle Software, a division of ConvergEx Group, has opened a full-service office in Chicago for its order management system, Eze OMS.
The new office will provide full support for Eze OMS clients in the greater Midwest region, from Minnesota to Ohio.

Localized service and account management is the cornerstone of our high-touch service model and our clients appreciate the additional level of service and support we are able to provide with the launch of our Chicago office.
Chicago is the latest extension of Ezes regionalized global support model and follows the opening of offices in Hong Kong in 2008, Sydney in 2009 and Singapore in 2010. Eze also has full-service offices in Boston, New York, San Francisco, Stamford and London.
