Conifer Group, which provides fund administration, middle office, trading and prime brokerage services, has completed SSAE 16 Type 2 examination, which replaces the former SAS 70 standard.
BDO USA, LLP conducted the independent examination. The examination focused on the Conifer Fund Services divisions in the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. It evaluates the effectiveness of control processes within Conifers portfolio accounting, fund administration, managed application service hosting and middle- and back-office service infrastructure.
