Confluence Promotes Pent to COO

Confluence has promoted Salvatore Pent from managing director of the company’s Global Product Delivery division to chief operating officer for Confluence’s global operations.

Confluence has promoted Salvatore Pent from managing director of the company’s Global Product Delivery division to chief operating officer for Confluence’s global operations.

Pent joined the technology firm last year, and he will continue to be based in London as COO. Before joining Confluence, he served as executive director, Treasury & Securities Services EMEA PMO (project management office) with J.P. Morgan, where his responsiblites included overseeing sanction screening programs. He has also held senior roles with J.P. Morgan’s Treasury and Security Services EMEA and Electronic Fund Services divisions.
