Confisio Expands to London

Technology provider Confisio has opened a new office in London, the firm’s second location, expanding from its base in Cyprus.

Andreas Roussos, head of sales for Confisio, will lead the new London office, located in the City of London, and he will split his time between Cyprus and London. The new location will allow the firm to serve local and European clients as it looks to grow further.

“Our client base and business have grown significantly and increasingly the bulk of our clients are based not in our home market but elsewhere in Europe, particularly London. We want to be closer to these current and future clients as they navigate complex regulatory environments and the need for new tools and services,” says Christodoulos Papadopoulos, CEO of Confisio.

The firm provides a variety of regulatory and operational services, such as its recent collaboration with Dion and Traiana to provide a collateral valuation solution for derivatives trades, as mandated by the European Market Infrastructure Regulation.
