Complinet, Inc. will be hosting the newly-formed NASDAQ exchange’s rules online. NASDAQ began operating as an exchange separate from the NASD on 1 August 2006 and is now required to publish its own rules and associated content for member firms.

Complinet has worked closely with the exchange to meet this requirement and to ensure that NASDAQ-regulated firms will benefit from Complinet’s technology.

The new NASDAQ site incorporates functionality that is exclusive to Complinet; including the ability to view future versions of officially announced rule changes, an advanced search engine and the ability to link to related NASDAQ rules.

“This recent advancement is demonstrative of Complinet’s ability to effectively manage and deliver regulatory information utilising our Rulebook and Policies & Procedures Management (PPM) solutions,” says Stephen Taylor, the Global Reference Product Director of Complinet. “It also further cements Complinet’s position as the partner of choice for regulatory bodies around the globe.”

“Complinet is very pleased to be working with NASDAQ to help it fulfill its new requirements by delivering its membership rules online,” adds Nick Roberts, the CEO of Complinet, Inc. “Our clients consistently rely on us for compliance solutions based on our ability to merge our compliance-related expertise with ground-breaking technology. We are thrilled that NASDAQ has also decided to leverage these unique capabilities.”
