Code Red Inc., the premier provider of Research Management Systems (RMS) to some of the world’s largest hedge funds and asset managers, has appointed Maria DeSousa as Code Red’s Director of Operations.
Maria is focused on building the corporate infrastructure needed to maintain Code Red’s rapid growth while ensuring high quality.
Before joining Code Red, Maria DeSousa worked at Eze Castle Software where for six years she held multiple positions including development manager and operations analyst. In 2005 Maria left Eze Castle to pursue an MBA at Babson College, which she finished in May 2007, specialising in Entrepreneurship, Operations and Finance.
Maria DeSousa graduated in 1998 from Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela with a BA in Computer Science and a minor in Computer Engineering.
