Craig S. Donohue, Chief Executive Officer of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc, has joined the OneChicago Board of Directors.

“We are fortunate to have Craig join the OneChicago board,” says William J. Rainer, Chairman and CEO of OneChicago. “He has already made significant contributions to the joint venture’s progress, and we look forward to his participation as a OneChicago Director.”

OneChicago opened for trading November 8, 2002, listing futures contracts on 21 single stocks. The Exchange now has a total of 110 products: 95 single stock futures, including futures on the DIAMONDS Trust, and 15 futures on the Dow Jones MicroSector Indexessm.

OneChicago is a joint venture of the Chicago Board Options Exchange Incorporated (CBOE), Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME) and the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT). All products are electronically traded on the CBOEdirect match engine and accessible through the CBOEdirect and GLOBEX platforms. All security futures can be traded out of either a securities or a futures account.
