Clearstream For Cedel's Negotiations with Deutsche Börse

Clearstream International’s Board of Directors announces that following its meeting of today, it is recommending to Cedel International to enter into exclusive discussions with Deutsche Brse AG with a view to reaching an agreement on an appropriate price and other transaction parameters for the acquisition by Deutsche Brse AG of Cedel’s participation in Clearstream.
