Nyse Euronext (NYX) appointed Clarke Dryden Camper to the position of Senior Vice President, Head of Government Affairs and Public Advocacy.
Camper, who will be based in Washington , D.C. , will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s government affairs and public advocacy programs. He will report to John K. Halvey, General Counsel and Group Executive Vice President, NYSE Euronext.
Camper has more than 20 years of experience in government relations, legislative policy and public advocacy. From 2005 to earlier this year, Camper served as Vice President for Global External Affairs at GE Money.
“Clarke is a highly skilled and seasoned professional whose extensive experience in the public and private sectors will be extremely beneficial to NYSE Euronext and our constituents during this time of great change in our capital markets,” says Duncan Niederauer, chief executive officer, NYSE Euronext.
