Standish Mellon Asset Management Company LLC, the award-winning fixed income specialist for BNY Mellon Asset Management, announced that Clark J. Orsky has joined the firm as senior high yield analyst specializing in the healthcare, utilities and homebuilding sectors.
“Clark brings a wealth of experience in high yield bonds, which comprise a growing business for us as global institutions are increasing their allocations to high income and high yield securities,” said David Leduc, chief investment officer of Standish. “His industry-specific experience will augment our capabilities in corporate bonds.”
Orsky, who is based in Boston and reports to Karen Bater, director of high yield strategies, comes to Standish from State Street Global Advisors, where he had been a high yield analyst. Prior to that, he was an analyst for KDP Investment Advisors, a manager of financial planning systems for Green Mountain Power Corp., and manager of commercial real estate portfolios for Key Bank of Vermont.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Babson College.
