It has been reported that Citigroup might be looking to list their shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. If they were to go through with this, it would make buying of Japanese companies much easier for them.
Last month Citigroup announced their intention to set up a holding company in Japan, and also double their retail branches across the country.
