Citi Markets & Banking launched the second generation of CitiDirect for Securities-Custody Reporting, a custody and cash reporting platform. The enhanced version of the reporting application includes more than 80 new features and functions for improved client usability and data content management.

“This second generation of CitiDirect for Securities-Custody Reporting will continue to deliver the same exceptional services and functionality our clients have come to expect,” says Curt Brill, managing director, Securities and Fund Services, Citi Markets & Banking. “Significantly, the upgraded version offers the added benefits of a better client experience through quicker delivery times, enhanced reporting and information services, and a redesigned data model that has improved the consistency and integrity of the system.”

Among the major changes in the new system are re-engineered data feeds from global core systems, a redesigned data model, and a redesigned reporting infrastructure.

“These features,” says Citi’s Brill,” have improved the integrity and ease of use of data; created a global, uniform, end-of-day reporting process; provided more customization and integration tools; and increased the overall functionality and performance of the system.”

CitiDirect for Securities-Custody Reporting is a prime component of the CitiDirect for Securities operating platform, which provides clients with on-line access to account and transaction data.
