Citibank customers will enjoy more convenient and easy to use mobile banking services through the new Citi Mobile-Thin Client offering launched today by Citibank and telecommunications provider, Telkomsel.
Citi Mobile-Thin Client customer benefits include:
-The new service allows customers to browse, transact a number of services and access information easily and conveniently;
-As it is web-enabled, customers do not need to remember text numbers when they want to obtain information;
-Customers do not need to replace the SIM cards to access the menu. They also no longer have to download different Java applications (depending on the make of their phone).
To support the mobile lifestyle, Citibank also offers the Citi Telkomsel credit card which features a “get free pulsa” offer for every transaction, special offers for handphones and gadgets, triple Citi rewards points, a hassle-free Telkomsel bill payment service and a pay Telkomsel bill with Citi point rewards offer.
