Citi has hired Benjamin Poor as manager of market intelligence for the Securities and Fund Services (SFS) unit within Global Transaction Services.

Poor is responsible for gathering market intelligence and identifying emerging trends to provide thought leadership for SFS clients. He reports to Boaz Lahovitsky, head of SFS strategy and business management.

Poor has more than 15 years experience in the financial services industry. He joined Citi from Cerulli Associates, where for the past 6 years he served as director of the institutional asset management practice, researching trends in product development and distribution in both alternative and traditional channels.
