Citi has appointed Dario Frigerio, ex-CEO of Pioneer Global Asset Management Services, as a senior adviser for investor services within its Global Transaction Services business.
Frigerio will be based in Italy, and will provide strategic counsel and work to deepen the firms client base across Europe, Middle East and Africa in the newly created role.
Frigerio brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience across geographies and asset classes to Citi. He was also head of the wealth management division of UniCredit Group, and has served at separate times as CIO of Europlus and CreditRolo Gestioni (both are now Pioneer Investments).
