Citi appointed Michael Guralnick to the newly created role of global head of client management for Citi’s Global Commercial Bank, with responsibility for developing the treasury and transactional flows business of its corporate and public sector clients, and Steve Donovan as head of cash and trade sales for corporate and public sector, Global Transaction Services in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Guralnick has client insight and transaction services experience from Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa spanning 22 years at Citi. Citi says he will play a pivotal role leading a highly experienced team to strengthen our client-centric organisation worldwide, as Citi continues to drive innovation from the offices of our clients locally, regionally and globally. Michael is based in London and will continue to have direct responsibility for Global Transaction Services Client Management in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Citi is pleased to announce the appointment of Rajesh Mehta as Head of Cash Management for Global Transaction Services (GTS) in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Rajesh will report to Naveed Sultan, region head for GTS EMEA and Francesco Vanni d’Archirafi, global head of cash management. Rajesh has been with Citi for 23 years and has held numerous roles across the globe throughout his career.
Donovan will report to Naveed Sultan, region head for GTS EMEA and Diane Reyes, global head of Cash Management and Trade Product Sales.
Donovan joins Citi from JPMorgan Chase where he has over 20 years’ experience in the transaction services industry covering a wide range of products and geographies. His most recent role at JPMorgan Chase was that of Corporate Sales Executive for EMEA, Asia Pacific and US- outbound business, with responsibility for treasury, trade, card products and the public sector.
